Be More “Pope Like”

What's Your WheelchairI felt extremely privileged not only to be an American recently, but be a New Yorker.  The Pope visited our state. While his visit was limited to NYC and I live 70 miles away, I still felt like I was at one of the services he was a part of. His energy of hope, sheer kindness and pure humility drew me into him.

What we can learn from him, regardless of what religion we  are, is countless. Tolerance, kindness, humility, true joy, acceptance, patience…it’s endless. And what I loved the most about the Pope were the people he felt most comfortable with and gave him back what he gives to us.
