I’ve said before I’m always amazed how quickly time flies, but in this case, I’ve never experienced anything like it. About two months ago, I wrote about the self improvement course I created, The Power Of Your Personal Development. Part of the course includes a six week live webinar. It seems only yesterday I taught my first class, wanting to vomit with fear as I watched the clock tick until I spoke live and folks would be listening.
This week I taught my last class. Regardless the course being available for purchase again, there will never be another first time. And you know what? I had a blast. An absolute blast. I am so disappointed it’s over, I can’t wait for the next time I teach a webinar.
What inspired me to create this self improvement course was the experience I had writing my book, What’s Your Wheelchair. People emailed me, Facebook’d me or approached me in public and said I had changed their life by the perspective I chose to view experiences in my own life. This was beyond anything I could have dreamed.
Actually, the opposite is true. This is a dream come true. My life’s mission come true. All I wish for is more of the same.
So that’s what I am doing. From the emotional momentum I have after wrapping up my first webinar of The Power Of Your Personal Development, I’m creating another tool that has been beyond fun to put together and work on. I will post an article next week and share what it is!
If sharing my life’s experiences living with SCI can inspire even one person, then I say let my injury be the opportunity to do so. Every moment I have lived since getting injured has been a building of something better.
