Reach Out and Connect

Bambina che unisce due pezzi del puzzleMany people living with a disability live unknown, lonely, isolated lives. On the flip side, there are countless individuals who would love to lend a helping hand to someone who needs it.

What may surprise you is I’m not talking about a third world country you see on the news. I’m talking about folks in your own backyard.

Im disabled id like to talk about my ligeramente.

  2. Im bipolar i live a hard life.

    • Hi Cynthia, my mom is bipolar and her life is not easy either. Her biggest challenge is taking her medication… She does really well when she’s on it, but then since she feels good, life is running smooth, she think she doesn’t need it anymore, goes off it, and then things get crazy. The best advice I can give is to stay on on your meds and if they are not agreeing with you, talk to your doctor!
